Advised Sparring Capital on the sale of its entire stake in NovaKamp
23.february.2026
Moncey Avocats advised Sparring Capital on the sale of its entire stake in NovaKamp to a pool of investors led by Siparex Midcap, which also included Crédit Agricole (via GSO Capital and Socadif), BNP Développement, and Bpifrance. Bpifrance has become the majority shareholder alongside the group’s management team, which is significantly reinvesting.
Five years after the Kapi-Novae merger backed by Sparring Capital, this competitive process orchestrated by Lincoln International marks the change of sponsor, with the management team reinvesting on this occasion.
NovaKamp, a leader in autonomous electricity and water infrastructure for critical sites (defense via SID, civil uses), is led by Emmanuel Chopin (Chairman), as well as Augustin de Castet and Nicolas Aumont (Managing Directors). The group employs 120 people and achieved €50M in revenue in 2025.
Sparring Capital was advised by a Moncey Avocats team comprising:
-
Guillaume Giuliani, Marie-Victoire James (Partners), and Valentin Lefebvre (Counsel) on corporate matters.
-
Frédéric Bosc (Partner) on tax matters.
-
Camille Cournot (Partner) on employment law matters.
