Advised PolEquity on its acquisition of a stake in DoohYouLike

Moncey Avocats advised PolEquity on its investment in DoohYouLike, a leading French player in the indoor Digital Out-Of-Home sector. This transaction was carried out alongside its founders, Fabrice Guez and Jérôme Lalou, the family office IDEKI, and Entrepreneur Invest.

Founded in 2018 and based in Levallois-Perret, DoohYouLike operates a network of nearly 4,000 screens across 2,000 sites in more than 500 French cities. Leveraging proprietary technology, the company offers a powerful media platform and a flexible advertising network tailored to the needs of both retailers and advertisers.
