Counsel to Negma Group in the setting-up of a financing line for Ikonisys

 

Moncey Avocats assisted Negma Group in the setting-up of an OCABSA financing line for Ikonisys, a medtech company listed on Euronext Growth and specialised in cellular diagnostics.

Based in the US, France and Italy, Ikonisys specializes in the early and accurate detection of cancerous diseases through a unique solution, a fully automated digital fluorescence microscope.

This financing will allow the medtech to accelerate its commercial development in the United States and Europe, while continuing to add new innovative applications to its Ikoniscope20® platform.
