Advised MBO+ on its acquisition of a stake in SYXPERIANE

Moncey Avocats has advised MBO+, a key player in the French lower mid-cap sector, on its acquisition of a stake in SYXPERIANE, a specialist in the integration of management software for SMEs and ETIs.

Founded in 2007, SYXPERIANE is the leading integrator of Cegid XRP Ultimate and Divalto solutions, with over 200 consultants in 9 branches across France. The company supports both public and private sector customers in their digital transformation. Seven years after its first MBO with Odyssée Venture, SYXPERIANE calls on MBO+ via its Flex fund to pursue its organic growth trajectory and boost its development through external growth.

The arrival of MBO+ marks a new stage for SYXPERIANE, which is also enlarging its capital to include 60 new employees, bringing the number of employee shareholders to 80, thus reinforcing the commitment of its teams to a common project.
