Counsel to M80 Partners in the context of the sale of Naturacare to Dentressangle Capital

Moncey Avocats advises M80 Partners on its entry into exclusive negotiations with Dentressangle Capital for the sale of its majority stake in Naturacare.

Naturacare is a European CDMO specializing in the development and manufacture of dietary supplements. The group has three industrial sites offering complementary expertise - Strapharm in France, Ambipack in the Netherlands and Hedelab in Belgium - and employs some 200 people.

M80 Partners took over Strapharm in 2019 with the aim of turning it into a European group. Since then, the company has gone from being a local player in the Vendée region to the European leader in its sector, and has multiplied its sales by a factor of six. Naturacare's sales should reach €37M by 2023.

The deal is scheduled to close in September 2023, and will be M80 Partners' second exit after Gandi.net earlier this year.
