Counsel to LinkUp in the context of its merger with Elabe

 

Moncey Avocats assisted LinkUp in the context of its merger with Elabe and the creation of LinkUp Factory, a unique model of research and consulting firm in communication and CSR strategy.

As a member of the community of companies with a mission, LinkUp has been offering its expertise in CSR strategy and brand strategy consulting to its clients since 2010, to help them build and express their social purpose.

Elabe was set up in 2015 and combines three areas of expertise: research, consulting and strategic planning.

The aim of this merger between two fast-growing companies is to create a unique consulting firm format dedicated to companies and professional players. LinkUp Factory will bring together fifty employees and will offer a range of services including opinion polls, communication strategy and CSR strategy consulting.
