Advised Leman Industrie Group on the acquisition of a stake in For Talents and the acquisition of Metalis Group

Moncey Avocats advised Leman Industrie, a leading manufacturer of metal, plastic, metal-plastic and mechatronic parts and sub-assemblies, on its acquisition of Metalis Group, a specialist in the manufacture of high-precision metal and metal-plastic components.
For Talents, a family-owned investment company, is acquiring a minority stake in Leman Industrie alongside the Bontaz family in order to complete this transaction and accelerate the transfer of the family business from the second to the third generation.
Metalis Group specializes in complex stamping, metal-plastic overmolding, flat spring manufacturing, and precision assembly. The group operates in strategic sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, medical, and industrial equipment, with a presence in Europe, Asia, and North America.
This acquisition strengthens Leman Industrie Group's industrial expertise, enriches its technological portfolio, and accelerates its international expansion. The new entity will generate nearly €300 million in revenue, employ more than 2,000 people at 14 sites in 10 countries, and focus on four strategic markets: energy, mobility, aerospace, and defense.
