Counsel to IK Partners in connection with its investment in MMS

 

Moncey Avocats is assisting IK Partners in its investment in Metrology & Monitoring Solutions Group (MMS), a French specialist in wireless solutions for the traceability and monitoring of temperature and other physical parameters for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food industries.

IK Partners is investing through its Development Capital structure, alongside MMS CEO Pascal Vermeersch and the management team, taking over from Naxicap and Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France Capital Investissement.

This investment will help to accelerate MMS's international development, strengthen its product offering by focusing on innovation, and acquire new companies in the fields of IoT, metrology, validation services and traceability software.
