This transaction enables the company's main managers and executives to acquire a stake in the structure, and is designed to support the group's ambitions in the context of its strong growth.

Marchante is one of the world's leading experts in the design of high-tech bi-axial plastic film production lines for a variety of cutting-edge industrial sectors. The company employs around 70 people and exports almost exclusively.
