Advised Frapak Packaging on its sale to SC Pack

Moncey Avocats advised Frapak Packaging, a Dutch specialist in plastic and glass packaging, on its sale to SC Pack, a French group specializing in eco-friendly packaging solutions.

Founded 45 years ago in the Netherlands, Frapak Packaging has established itself in the European cosmetics, household cleaning, pharmaceutical, and food markets. The company has distinguished itself through its ability to develop customized technical packaging and its innovations in design.

SC Pack, backed by MML Capital Partners, is accelerating its European growth with this strategic acquisition. The transaction enriches its portfolio of skills by integrating Frapak's technical and industrial expertise, which complements its specialization in sustainable packaging.

This alliance creates a new European leader in packaging, combining Frapak's technical expertise with SC Pack's eco-responsible specialization. The combined group will generate revenues of €350 million and employ 500 specialists in more than 15 European countries.
