Counsel to Bpifrance and Meridiam in the context of their investment in Exoes

 

Moncey Avocats is assisting Bpifrance and Meridiam in their investment in Exoès, a leader in thermal management technologies for electric vehicles.

Meridiam is investing via the Green Impact Growth Fund (GIGF), while Bpifrance is investing via the Fonds Avenir Automobile 2 (FAA2).

The aim of this collaboration is to accelerate the development and growth of Exoès, under the leadership of its co-founders Arnaud Desrentes and Rémi Daccord, thereby enabling access to new market opportunities and a recruitment plan to complete the team of engineering experts.

The deal, financed by Meridiam and Bpifrance, marks a turning point for Exoès, which is now looking to expand internationally.

With the support of its new partners, Exoès aims to strengthen its presence in the electromobility market, integrate new products and increase its battery manufacturing capacity.
