Since entering Rocamed's capital in October 2024, 21 Invest has actively supported the group's development, accelerating its international expansion and strengthening its portfolio of innovative products. The acquisition of Delmont Imaging represents a major milestone in Rocamed's strategy to build an integrated platform dedicated to uro-gynecological medical devices.​

Founded in 2016, Delmont Imaging has established itself as a technological reference in diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, designing and manufacturing a complete range of high-end imaging devices and systems marketed in over 50 countries. The complementarity between Rocamed and Delmont Imaging will enable the new group to strengthen its presence in the global market for minimally invasive medical technologies.
