Advised 21 Invest and Estela Group on the acquisition of VH Auctions

Moncey Avocats advised 21 Invest and Estela Group (formerly Agorastore), supported by Bpifrance Investissement, on the acquisition of VH Auctions, a leading judicial auction platform based in Ghent.

This strategic transaction marks Estela Group’s entry into the Flemish market for equipment and real estate assets, following its previous expansions in Wallonia through Auctelia and Clicpublic.

Founded in 2019 by Kurt and Sven Van Hunsel, VH Auctions has established itself as a key player in the sector. The founders are reinvesting part of the sale proceeds into Estela’s capital and will remain actively involved in the company, with Sven continuing to lead operations.

The agreement also includes additional credit lines to support the Group’s continued external growth, particularly in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
