Counsel to Andera Partners in its investment in Naitways

 

Moncey Avocats assisted Andera Partners, a leading private equity and mezzanine sponsorless player, namely its Andera Acto team, in its investment in Naitways to build the group's next phase of development.

Naitways is a hosting company, operator and integrator of cloud infrastructure solutions that provide simple, fast, secure and customised outsourcing of IT infrastructures for its SME and ETI customers. The group was founded in 2008 by Minh-Hoa Nguyen, Jeremy Spy and Tanguy Moreux, and has a staff of around 50 employees based in Paris and Lyon.

Over the last few years, Naitways has experienced strong growth of nearly 30% per year in its cloud services, driven by the increasing digitalisation of organisations such as SMEs, which are looking for an integrated and agile service, leading to an increase in the number of solutions requiring cloud infrastructures and the emergence of new uses (artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions).

This investment will enable Naitways to develop both organically and through external growth via the acquisition of integrators in the Paris area.
