Advised ACENSI and Azulis Capital in connection with the acquisition of the Finegan group

Moncey Avocats advised ACENSI, a technology and management consulting platform backed by Azulis Capital since 2025, and Azulis Capital, in connection with the acquisition of the Finegan group, a management consulting firm specialized in financial services, banking, and investment funds.

This merger marks a new strategic step for ACENSI, strengthening its ability to support complex transformation projects. Beyond their complementary areas of expertise, the transaction is driven by a shared vision of consulting and common values. Finegan will continue to operate under its brand, while together the entities aim to go further in addressing technological, regulatory, and sovereignty-related challenges.

The deal enhances the group’s expertise by integrating complementary capabilities in software development, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud; enables Finegan to expand beyond financial services by leveraging ACENSI’s diversified client base; and strengthens the group’s international footprint, particularly in Belgium and Luxembourg. This acquisition is part of ACENSI’s broader growth dynamic, supported by Azulis Capital.

ACENSI and Azulis Capital were advised by a Moncey Avocats team comprising:

  • Marie-Victoire James, partner, Alix Auclair and Clara Berland, associates – corporate aspects

  • Frédéric Bosc, partner, and Loïc Pipaud, associate – tax aspects
