Moncey Avocats assisted Pixyz Software, a French provider of 3D data preparation and optimization software, and its founders, in the sale to Unity Software Inc., a NYSE-listed US real-time content creation platform.

Pixyz Software and Unity Software Inc. had formed a business partnership in 2018 to provide their respective clients with optimal 3D data solutions. Unity Software Inc.'s acquisition of 100% of Pixyz Software's capital will enable it to offer clients fully integrated solutions of the highest standard.
