Advised Orion Group, on the acquisition of the three operating companies of the Cincinnatus Patrimoine Group

Moncey Avocats advised the Orion Group, a major French player in wealth management, on the acquisition of the three operating companies of the Cincinnatus Patrimoine Group, an independent wealth management and strategy consulting firm.

Founded in 1993, the Cincinnatus Group has developed around three complementary specialized entities: wealth and investments, insurance and pensions, and real estate. These three areas of expertise constitute the entire scope of the transaction with the Orion Group. At the end of 2024, the Cincinnatus Patrimoine Group will be supporting more than 530 families and managing more than €150 million in assets across a rigorously selected range of financial products.

This transaction is in line with the Orion Group's development strategy, which has led to more than 30 acquisitions over the past three years. It enables the Orion Group to strengthen its presence in the Île-de-France region, while drawing on the expertise and know-how of the Cincinnatus teams.

The Orion Group was advised by a team from Moncey Avocats comprising:
• Guillaume Giuliani, partner, Alexandre Bankowski, counsel, Pénélope Renard and Alexia Demonchy, lawyers on corporate aspects.
• Frédéric Bosc, partner on tax aspects.
• Camille Cournot, partner on labor law aspects.
