Counsel to Strapharm in its acquisition of Hedelab

 

Moncey Avocats assisted Strapharm - Backed by the Belgian investment fund M80 Partners - in its acquisition of Hedelab, a Belgian producer of food supplements.

Since 2019, M80 Partners has been supporting Strapharm, the French leader in the field of food supplements, in its external growth strategy.

With the build-up on Hedelab, leader in Belgium, both companies will continue their development by focusing on innovation and guaranteeing quality products in several market segments (sports, aromatherapy, probiotics, organic/natural products).
